Givaudan publishes its Corporate Social Responsibility Report for the second consecutive year.
Our goal is to present the Sustainability areas developed by the company and show how they are aligned with the company’s growth.
The year of 2007 was a milestone at Givaudan with the acquisition of Quest Fragrances and Flavors, a division of ICI Especialidades Químicas Ltda.
It meant the greatest and most complex acquisition ever made by Givaudan in all its existence to create the largest and most successful flavor and fragrance company in the world. The sum of operations was absolutely successful because besides having consolidated our leadership in the market, we have retained the best talents at both companies, maintaining the service level provided to our clients in addition to growing in terms of sales.
The construction of the new company required from all of us an extra energy to assimilate cultures, integrate people, technologies, and processes, respecting the relationships with the employees, clients, suppliers, organizations and government.
