Givaudan invests in its internal public and maintains constant and well structured communication of its policies and goals with ethics and transparency.
Its 425 employees, including interns, distributed in high performance teams, are prepared for their professional tasks as well as for effective programs and methods that help enhance interpersonal relationships.

Givaudan aims at harmonizing HR policies and extend its social action in alignment with global policies regarding Latin America.
The HR area has challenging goals to implement internal communications and a management model that ensures fair and ethical relationships through the updating of the conduct code so that the employees increasingly incorporate the Company’s values. The area also invests in behavioral training for team leaders and other employees.

In the item Internal Public, the Company scored higher than in 2007. In 2008 it created the Corporate University that includes several technical and behavioral programs to develop its employees.
