2010 was a year marked with the company’s commitment to found Givaudan Institute. The company has drawn up its bylaws, appointed the Fiscal Committee, Board of Directors and Executive Committee members.

The Institute’s goals are: to establish communication between Givaudan and its stakeholders; to formalize and expand current social actions; to add value to the business by projecting the company as a socially responsible organization; to promote social benefits by transforming the society.

The projects and programs conducted by Givaudan Institute focus on three aspects: nutrition, social inclusion of visually impaired people and income generation. All of them are based on investments in educational actions towards the company’s neighboring community.
