Health and Life Quality Program
With the aim to provide employees with improved well-being, the company also conducts a Health and Life Quality Program. This program provides many benefits such as a nutritionist, massages and labor gymnastics. In 2010, there was a total 252 quickmassage and therapeutic massage sessions and 152 appointments for nutritional orientation.
The employees regularly receive VivaBem magazine which brings updated information about life quality, health and behavior.
The first five groups at Escola de Postura started their meetings in September, with information and exercises to correct their physical posture.
In December, Givaudan gave employees and their families a gift : 300 employees received tickets to watch an exclusive performance of the play Palavra Cantada, at Tuca Theater. Besides the enjoyable time, the company provided everyone with transport and food.
